Finding out about my uterine anomaly in 2016 was the beginning of my interest in women’s health. You know your body best because you live in it. I support you being fully in charge of your education and choices.

Although both of my births had similar outcomes, I felt listened to and more in control of my second experience. My doula was the difference.

    I utilized this resource as I prepared for my labor after a c section. I'm excited to have the knowledge and resources to support parents who have had a prior caesarean birth.

    Reiki for Birth Workers and Reiki for Parents classes by Mitra Sessions

    I've learned specific Reiki/energetic protocols to assist with common perinatal and parenting issues. If you're interested in Reiki, I highly recommend Mitra. She also has a Reiki for Birth Partners course.

They are skilled communicators, who will show up unafraid to help you explore all of your options. PPAs are independent, honest, and transparent. A PPA will help you bridge your knowledge gaps, communicate effectively with your providers, and maintain your autonomy in decision-making.”
